DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

DESIGNERS CHOICE BLOOMS

All Blourish bouquets are considered Designers Choice and curated fresh by Team Blourish. Designers Choice means that your flowers have been handpicked by the designer and arranged in our signature design style and in alignment with your chosen bouquet. Our bouquets reflect style and feel only and not always the exact pictured flowers. We also offer seasonal bouquets for holidays and special occasions. We use an assortment of seasonal blooms to create gorgeous arrangements that are sure to bring joy.

LOCAL DELIVERY FOR METRO ATLANTA & SURROUNDING AREAS

All fresh floral arrangements are delivered locally throughout metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.

We may offer seasonal products such as preserved arrangements and gifts that may be available for nationwide shipping. 

We Deliver Tuesday - Saturday between 12pm-5pm EST.

GOURGEOUS GUARANTEE

We want to ensure you receive beautiful fresh blooms with each delivery. If your order arrives dead or damaged. Please notify us via email at design@blourish.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your name, order number, and issue with your order. We will do everything in our power to make it right. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to issue refunds once your order has be processed and prepared for delivery. See Cancellation Policy and Returns & Refunds sections for more details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If your order has already been processed for delivery, your order cannot be canceled as it is already in transit. 

If you wish to cancel your order before processing, simply email us at design@blourish.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, and reason for canceling. For a quicker response, you may text this information to 404-664-3260. Provided your order hasn't already been prepped for delivery, we will be glad to assist you! Orders a typically prepped 24 hours prior to delivery date. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If your order arrives dead or damaged, we will do everything in our power to make it right including sending you out a new fresh arrangement or issuing a store credit when properly requested within 24 hours of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to issue refunds once your order has be processed and prepared for delivery.

Note: If your order arrived dead or damaged, please provide proof via a clear photo within 24 hours of your delivery by emailing design@blourish.com or texting 404-664-3260. Be sure to include your name, order number, and issue with your order.

 

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives gorgeous and on time, certain delayed circumstances cannot be avoided.

We are unable issue refunds on orders due to unexpected delivery delays on behalf of our couriers unless you provide proof that your arrangement arrived perished within 24 hours of delivery. If your order arrives dead or damaged due to a delivery delay, please email us immediately at design@blourish.com or text 404-664-3260 for a quicker response. We will make it right by either sending you a new fresh arrangement or issuing you an online store credit when properly requested.

In most cases we will inform you if your delivery is delayed. Please note due to COVID-19, inclement weather, traffic, road conditions and other factors beyond our control, orders may be delayed.

MEMBER CANCELLATION

It is our goal to delight you each month with our gorgeously curated blooms. If for any reason you feel our Blourish Floral Membership is no longer a good fit for you, you may cancel anytime inside your customer account.
